ACCOUNTABILITY

Customer service is very important to us at WORKS by JD. That is why we emphasize clear communication and accountability throughout the project and beyond.

Daily Updates

Each day, the Project Supervisor or Lead Carpenter will perform daily checklists and ensure all is going according to plan. These updates will be provided through the Client Portal complete with notes and photos of daily progress. Jesse DeBenedictis holds the whole company accountable to the scope, budget and timeline of each project. 

Quality Control Inspections

To be sure the highest standards are met, regular inspections will be conducted to make sure that jobs are done correctly. 

Final Walkthrough

When the work is nearing completion, multiple walkthroughs will be made for quality control purposes. We will conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure that your expectations have been met or exceeded.

Five-Year Warranty

After the your remodel is finished, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts requires a one-year punchlist period, but we are so confident in our work that we stand by our craftsmanship with a 5-year warranty. 

Finances

You will be invoiced according to the set schedule laid out in your contract. All change orders will be approved by you prior to any additional work being done.
