Why WORKS Believes in Santa Claus?

It may not have occurred to you before this, but WORKS and Santa Claus have a lot in common. Really.

They both have locations (North Pole/North Shore of Boston) where a team of builders, painters and carpenters who have worked together for a long time efficiently renovate, restore and add to homes. Now North Pole doll houses are a tad smaller than North Shore homes but then so are the occupants. It’s all just a matter of scale. In both cases the homeowners receive quality renovations, restorations and additions that give them joy for many holiday seasons to come.

Here’s another thing Santa Claus and WORKS have in common: our dedication to clear communication. Santa welcomes letters from children and adults all over the world. He understands that communication is vital if he is going to bring pleasure into their lives. At WORKS, we also keep in close communication with our customers using our online project management program BaseCamp™ and by phone, by email and in person. We want to hear from homeowners whenever they have a question or concern so that restorations and renovations perfectly fit the homeowner’s lifestyle and taste.

Santa Claus pays close attention to the customer’s wish list and so does the WORKS team. Both of us aim to fulfill every wish on that list, and we are both aware of budget and time constraints. That’s why Santa’s elves and the WORKS team have earned the trust of customers throughout the North Shore of Boston (where they are both welcome to work their magic but not absolutely required, thank goodness, to slide down the chimney).

And consider this final important characteristic that Santa Claus and WORKS definitely share: Jesse DeBenedictis has a beard and—so does Santa Claus.
